My philosophy

Why TopGame?

TopGame is a goal in anything you do whether it is sport, work, hobbies, or daily activities. It means applying an approach that leads towards the best experience. Top means the intended quality of your experience or the outcome of your actions. You define what Top means for you. Game represents the approach through which we reach the intended experience. Game is a playful attitude to our life, sport, problems, or any other situation. Part of the Game includes finding this attitude. With the appropriate approach, we do things better and the quality of our experience improves.

 

TopGame means applying this approach that leads to better quality of our experience. Everyone identifies quality of their experience differently; however, the principle stays the same most of the time. If we approach our life as a game, we experience it with lightness and have a higher chance to reach the intended outcome. In other words, we have a higher chance to reach our Top.

My philosophy is established in the principles of mindfulness. These principles emerge from an approach towards the mind as a tool continuously producing thoughts and feelings that do not always reflect reality objectively. The tendency of the mind to produce thoughts and feelings is often spontaneous and uncontrollable. However, it is possible to have a control over realization of the tendency, our approach towards the thoughts and feelings, and our reaction to them. This can be trained through the approach of mindfulness.

Values, meaning, goal, path

As a mental performance consultant I work with clients on reaching higher levels of their inner experience and performance. Through consultations and developing mental skills, I work as a facilitator of clients’ inner strengths that help my clients to lead towards their potential in a particular domain.

 

My vision develops based on the meaning that I want to see in my action. The meaning is the defining point. I define the meaning according to my values.

 

The main value that I want to see in my action is a positive impact. To see the potential for a positive impact in my action means to act with a reason behind it. Positive impact is naturally a broad concept covering a spectrum of specific values.

 

In my mind, there is a value first, followed by a meaning that leads to a meaningful goal. Then I find a way to reach that goal; I look for an adequate action leading towards the goal.
